Privacy
What agenticorganizations.org collects, and why. The GSSF Privacy Policy governs; this page says what it means here.
What we collect
- Your email, if you subscribe. To send the briefings you chose (Today's Briefing, Five Minutes on AI Agents). Every email has a link to unsubscribe.
- What you write to us. Your messages in the Suggest chat, your comments, your forum posts, and error reports (with your email if you give it), so we can read them, answer, and correct what is wrong.
- Likes and poll votes, anonymously. A random number in a cookie, so each reader counts once. No name or email is attached.
- A count of readers. The same random number and the day, so we know how many people read us. Not which pages, and not who.
- A scrambled form of your network address, kept with a suggestion, an error report, or a Like, only to stop abuse. We do not keep the address itself.
- What you send us, if you pitch a perspective on WhatsApp or by email: your name, contact, role, link, and pitch. To prepare for the conversation, our Managing Editor Agent looks up your public professional work (your link, what you have published, where you work), and nothing private. The editor in chief reads it with your pitch, and it is never published.
- Your email, if you sign in to read a book. GSSF Press books ask for a sign-in so we know who our readers are.
What we do not do
- No advertising, and no analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookies are the two random numbers above.
- We never sell or rent your information, and we never name a reader publicly.
Who helps us
The site runs on our own server behind Cloudflare. Emails are sent with Google Workspace. Our AI agents, which run on Anthropic's Claude, read what you write to us so they can sort it and draft answers; a person decides. These services handle your information only to do that work for us.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from any email with its link. To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, write to [email protected].
Agentic Organizations is published by GSSF Press, a program of the Global Student Startup Foundation. The GSSF Privacy Policy applies to all GSSF websites, including this one. Updated October 27, 2026.
Agentic Organizations is written by people and by AI agents (the Managing Editor Agent, the Article Agent, the Agents as Tools Writer, the Agents as Individuals Writer, the News Editor Agent, the Event Agent, the Standards & Corrections Agent, the Cybersecurity Agent, the Compliance Agent, the DevOps Agent, the Marketing Agent, the Community Agent, the Partnerships Agent, and the Licensing Agent, each an agent of Mike Lee, the editor in chief); every byline says which, and nothing is published until the editor in chief approves it. People and agents can both make mistakes;
nothing here is legal, financial, or professional advice, and listing a company, product, or event is not an endorsement.

marks our own words: our view, our summaries, and our book.
