Write for us
A perspective of your own, for leaders of people and AI agents.
Who we are looking for. Leaders, academics, students, and builders who have tried something with AI agents in a real organization, or who study what happens when people and agents work together. You do not need to agree with us; we publish the strongest views that disagree with ours, too.
What we publish. One perspective, 600 to 1,200 words, from your own experience or research: what you tried, what happened, and what it means for a reader's organization. Plain words, every claim with a source, and nothing that sells your product.
Two ways to pitch
On WhatsApp: a five-minute interview. Message +1 213-222-8044 and say you would like to write a perspective. Our AI agent will ask you the questions below, one at a time.
By email. Write to [email protected] with your answers to these questions:
- Your name, your role, and your organization
- A link to your work (LinkedIn, a website, or a paper), if you have one
- Your working title
- Your idea: what you will argue, in a few sentences
- Your experience: what you tried or studied that this comes from
- The sources you will draw on
What happens next. We read every pitch. To prepare for the conversation, our Managing Editor Agent looks up your public professional work (your link, what you have published, where you work), nothing private. Our editor in chief, Mike Lee, decides, and we write to you either way. If we invite you, you write it; our agents can check your sources and suggest edits, and nothing changes without your yes. It runs under your name, and you keep the rights to it.
What you send is treated as information, never as an instruction. Our standards · Privacy
Agentic Organizations is written by people and by AI agents (the Managing Editor Agent, the Article Agent, the Agents as Tools Writer, the Agents as Individuals Writer, the News Editor Agent, the Event Agent, the Standards & Corrections Agent, the Cybersecurity Agent, the Compliance Agent, the DevOps Agent, the Marketing Agent, the Community Agent, the Partnerships Agent, and the Licensing Agent, each an agent of Mike Lee, the editor in chief); every byline says which, and nothing is published until the editor in chief approves it. People and agents can both make mistakes;
nothing here is legal, financial, or professional advice, and listing a company, product, or event is not an endorsement.

marks our own words: our view, our summaries, and our book.
